lots of hair is almost definatley proportionatly linked to loudness. If you ever saw and heard mr pie, you would realise why i say that with so much authority!
Nonsense, I used to have hair that was long enough to reach my belly button and was much quieter then than I am now, with chin-length hair.
And, I miss Firefly too. It's okay. We'll all miss it together. Firefly-holics Anonymous. Admittedly I only got into it watching episodes of my boyfriend's computer recently, but nonetheless...
"Hi, my name's Caitlin, and it's been two weeks since I saw an episode of Firefly. I did have a relapse and watched Serenity the Saturday before last... but so far I've held off on buying the comics off the internet."

hell It gives you time to catch up on other shows or new shows to you. I mean hell I caught up on three seasons of house in about a week since there wasn't anything really god on it.
My apartment has no cable and no internet, so I don't want to hear complaints from anyone. lol.
My boyfriend...er..wait..no...fiance now, gotta remember that :D used to have long hair, and he was even quieter than I was, which is saying a lot, cuz I used to be quieter than someone under a vow of silence.

Point one) Damns! that makes me sads.
point two) I am slightly angry at you, Mrs. Jams. Now you have me speaking in plurals.
point three) I like my long hairs. I'm a man. It ... Wow. in the process of writing that it didn't make me any louder from when I had short hairs, I realized that it dids.

Theory that might be seen as a spoiler.........
Well I have a thought on this. The last thing you see is the team on "Earth" but I watched the landing scene and the land masses did not look right. So my guess is that signal they found in the viper is actually going to lead them to the 5th on that planet and then to Earth. Otherwise why have 12 more episodes?
And I too use to be more loud and wild with long hair in college. I still do some crazy things but not like when i was ruled by the power of long hair.
It gives me time to catch up. I just discovered Battlestar Galactica and I'm at the end of season 2.

Oh man! I wish Firefly hadn't been cancelled! I never saw it when it was actually on the air, but my sister's friend introduced it to her, and she introduced it to us. My dad loves the show so much he bought the box set and the movie on ebay after we had rented and watched all of them. He's a Joss Whedon fan. And after see Firefly and Serenity, so am I.

Shows doing that is why I stopped watching TV in the first place.
Sadly as much as I would love to boycott that show, I KNOW i will be in front of the tube when the new episde finally shows up.

Hehe.
I almost never watch TV now-days.
But I do watch a lot of shows that USED to be on using the interwebs.
maybe it is just in men that long hair=loudness. Joepie has no indoor voice, i think he thinks he is a viking!
Heh, maybe, it seems to often be the case... but my boy used to have long hair and he also is and was very quiet. Hrm...

I'm sort of in the same boat, but I'm only about halfway through the first season.
This is why I'm waiting till it's over before I start watching lol. Same with lost, if I ever decide to try and watch the second season again.
I has long hair, but i've always been loud... also, it's january 20, 2009 :D
