I've had days like that, lol. The guys just don't get it, and neither do the girls, to be truthful. I'm another from QC fan (but originally from xkcd).

I feel your pain. Pants where I work are required to be black dress slacks, and I'm a strictly khaki man. Also a QC immigrant.

I have problems with cloths shopping, which for a guy is unusual, i think i have a reasonable sense of style, very Grunge Rock with a bit of Indy/Geek, but every now and then i buy things like a Kilt and feel a bit strange. The worst thing tho? My Suit. its a really nice suit, i look great in it. i just hate wearing it! i dont mind a shirt and waistcoat, i look like a wild western card dealer, but my suit makes me feel like a monkey

First thing I think of when I see "Werk it" is Daft Punk. (Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger.) Then I think of Kraftwerk.
Daftpunk? Kraftwerk? Hmm i smell tribute acts like Daftwerk and Kraftpunk! Daft werk would sing about working in a factory creating plastic balls for play pits. Kraft Punk sing about sowing anarchy through coloured cards and sticky back plastic! ahhhh Whimsy

usually i post without reading the other comments... but once i wrote "steel toed boots" i noticed that it was on the page multiple times already... i guess i don't have anything else to say... :(

You have steel toes? Awesome. Of course, even if you did, you'd still have to wear the boots. Regulations are regulations.
I have to wear fire retardant bright orange coveralls, a hard hat, steel toed boots, ear plugs and I work with only men ... I know your pain. tear
