All I'm getting is "Most people don't tolerate a 38% efficient employee - but they tolerate a 38% efficient machine."...

Of course, the trouble with people is that it's hard to tell when they're being efficient or not. They may be slacking off while the just /look/ like they're working! Ted is just particularly obvious about it.
