Einstein never got kicked out of school. Einstein left his high school when his family visited Switzerland and applied to the Eidgenössische Polytechnische Schule. Because he didn't graduate from the Luitpold Gymnasium he had to take an entrance exam, which he failed the French portion of, but got outstanding marks on the Math and Physics portions.

Einstein got wonderful grades in school. In his elementary school he was always the top student, and contrary to the rumors that he failed math, he was great at it. His principal even posted some of his grades in newspapers after hearing those rumors, showing the world that Einstein was remarkable even as a kid.
