It's good to excercise your extreme-nerdiness skills once in awhile...
I always wanted to do one of those "mundane to the extreme"-style managa (like Hikaru No Go or Yakitate! Japan)... except about being an engineering student, with midterms and finals playing a huge role :)

Love the presentation!
This is the song playing over this comic:

Part of me is a little sad that wasn't the Guile Theme.
I, admittedly, didn't read Jam's notes for this, so something Japanese would probably be more appropriate.

I didn't play a lot of classic games as a kid, but after seeing this. I concluded that Guile theme is for crazy people.
My vote is for:

I take lots of professional exams as a hobby and for moar ph4t acronyms. This is EXACTLY what I feel like. I was definitely thinking something anime.

This reminds me of the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam. But I think that one was 8 hours. It gets pretty intense. I'm glad you were able to capture it so well :)
Hey I actually passed that exam, and results came in just yesterday :D yes, it -was- super intense and it just feels so great to conquer that 8-hour beast!
Probably what I'll do when I take the SAT
I loved both Manga. I would love to see a manga like that, we would need rival study groups. They would participate in a different competition every year, or maybe have the entire 4-6 (it's engineering) years leading to a huge competition. The protagonist could be working toward the ultimate circuit/machine and/or perpetual motion machine *gasp* :D
LOL~ this reminded me of when I was in school, dealing with exams~ My friends used to hate me because 1. I never studied the night before the exam. 2. I have a photographic memory, so I remember(ed) everything I needed to ace the exam. 3. I used to leave the exam room long before the time was up, because I'd finished the writing the paper....ah that was fun. xD
Congrats on passing the certfication exam! XD
Ah, flashback to all the Structural Engineering exams I ever took during school. I am an architect by trade and, because they were switching to the Bologna Process (European Higher Education Area) while I was at uni we ended up with two extra Structural Engineering in Seismic Conditions courses. Can't say it was too much fun having to remember pages upon pages of formulas, but at least I'm now well versed in discerning at a glance what will stay up in an earthquake...
