Personally, I used to just stash data on my Ipod. That's not what's amusing about this strip to me. "Squee"? Is this a canadian thing? She's either impersonating a squeegee, a muppet or a helium leak, I'm not sure which.

Quote:"Squee"? Is this a canadian thing?
I think, it is the result of numerous contacts with
squirrel...

actually,as a canadian i can say it is not specifically a canadian thing, it actually may be a reference to some anime.....
and i know how losing your usb can be not fun....
i store all my assignments and all my favourites lists.. thats actually very helpful, because i read a lot of webcomics ;), im constantly adding new favourites to the list. and since i use 5 different computers (in different locations and networks (joys of a divorced family, and then some)) what i do is I update the favourites on the computer, and as i get ready to get off, i copy the update to my usb key and when i go onto a diff computer, i paste the one from my usb key onto the comps favourites database.

Sorry to tell you but "squee" isn't only anime/canadian thing, I have been squeeing all my life, but only been to Canada once or twice.
I think squeeing is a happy/random girl battle cry :D

Having a USB and forgetting it is worse. 6+ hours of troubleshooting my code and now I've gotta do it all over again :/

Is it a Key or a Flash Memory stick I'm trying to understand this because I have both the only difference is One Unlocks the computer so I can use it and one stores data.

God... I did that once. I lost my USB key and it had loads of my work on it. But I found it in the end. Thank God.

Shocky_Monkey: It is on a keyring. It is therefore a key. It is a key that plugs into your USB port and stores data. It is therefore a USB key.

These things make sense when you stop to trace the path they took through our byzantine nerd brains. :)
