I asked my friend Sam if he'd like to do a guest comic for me, and he said sure! Then like any good freelancer, he turned around and subcontracted the work to JJ! WHAT!
The story, as interpreted by JJ, is about how I was not impressed with Belgian waffles. They were too crunchy :/
Thanks, Sam!

Haha, I was just reading Jam's opinions about Cathy.
I wonder if Sam imitated JJ's style or just used the image...the first panel looks almost the same as a panel from JJ's guest strip.
Love this one! (especially 'cause I'm a belgian engineer student ;) )
In fact... love the others too... But, frankly, it's hard to figure why americans and canadians always think Belgium is only about waffles. We invented the so-called "french" fries, most of the chocolate types, we have the largest choice of beers in Europe, we created some characters of your childhood (the smurfs, tintin, the marsupilami,...), we are the capital of Europe (sorry about that), the History of our country is one of the european's richest even Julius Caesar said we were the bravest fighters and... we are known for waffles :'( John Stew said it too, damn!
Btw, your blog is a good discovering for me. I'll keep following it between two sleepless nights ;)
