But it does show that BC is almost perfect - you have wonderful cities with a fantastic wilderness around. Of course, the only thing it lacks is history...

Am I the only one who doesn't understand the very last panel? I mean, thinking the city is greater than the outdoors. I suppose I'm biased though, being a country girl. I live in a small town, which is more than enough of civilization I care for or can stand, and take frequent trips to visit my relatives in the country. No big city strife for me!

Almost its mostly just there different views some people love the city and some hate it. So both of them where thinking the other was missing out because they are not living in there 'Perfect world' or rather preferred world
Why hello again WT fanatics!
Its that time again, and we've got an extra special donation drive this time, which I'm sure Jammy will <3. https://www.cibcrunforthecure.com/ Supporting Canadian breast cancer research. While I don't have any family members with breast cancer, my father was diagnosed in December of 2008 with leukemia, and I have since met many people affected by various cancers, and have seen my father on his way to recovery, which has been an outrageously difficult journey for both myself, my mother, and all the people around us. Support this fight to find a cure, who knows, it may be your dollar that buys the supply item that helps find the cure.
Alternatively (for people who want to support US research) http://www.the3day.org/ You can do everything from participate locally, to supporting participants, and to buying their swag, everything helps.
Every cancer is different, but one thing remains the same, it can destroy lives and ruin people, so lets take another step toward keeping anyone from having to experience the pain that cancer causes. (PS: My father is in remission, and has had a bone marrow transplant, he's slowly starting to recover now, but things look positive so far)
God, if I don't know this feeling. I was raised, and went to college in Atlanta, Georgia, and I live in Magnolia, Arkansas right now. I love my job, but I can't wait until I can live near more than a handful of people.

I spot one of the new Skytrains! :D
Damn Aika, you beat me to it. I had just noticed that the skytrain was one of the fancy new black ones.
They're fancy (but not really).
Well I guess each to their own.

I love the way the last panels were drawn! The wilderness is nice to visit, but living there speaks of "Deliverance" to me.
i agree with kiatco the wilderness is nice to visit maybe camp in for a week but i like the noises of the city
I see Nature's beauty vs. Man's achievement. Solitude vs. Community.
Thank you for rendering that for us so splendidly, Jam. :D
(my opinion is in no way biased by my being a sucker for Depth of Field shots. ;D)
the last 2 panels go together so well.
excellent comic jam
I love the contrast in the last two panels.
Welcome back to City Life! Hope you had a good time out there!
Inc cutesy comic! :D

I spy a Canada line :)
Of course, you can always go the middle ground. Instead of choosing either city or country, just go with the suburbs.
@Kira: YOo sure nailed it though :P
DO IT! title it mission accomplished!
This one is my favorite... hehehe
I definitely prefer the city, but I like to visit other more natural places as well.
Yanno, I've never been a fan of eggnog. I blame it on my father, who probably ruined the drink for me by encouraging me to take a sip of his So-Co eggnog, complete with a shot or two of So-Co in it, as a child. I've always disliked the smell, taste, feel, etc of alcohol... So that probably didn't help things.sat subject tests//act practice//gmat practice test//gmat sample questions//gre prep//usmle step 1//usmle step 3//tcap//asvab test//ged classes//gre practice//gre word list//
