For me it's narcolepsy and cleptomania.

This reminds me of the time my grandfather confused the words "ambidexterous" and "bi-sexual" O_o It only got worse when he started using HAND GESTURES to explain further, because we were all giving him dumbfounded looks.

My friend was talking to me the other day and made this exact same mistake. She told me "Purebred puppies have trouble with necrophilia." ...Except I didn't ask her to clarify for several confused days. She is never living it down.

Oh good lord yes. I love this mostly because I've had to explain what narcolepsy is to everyone I met, mostly so they wouldn't freak out when I fall out in the floor.
