DAMAGED ITEM
If an item has arrived damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will send a replacement. There is no warranty on items and we aren’t responsible for damage once you have the item in hand. Take care of it!
LOST IN THE POST
If you believe your order has been lost in the post, we will ask that you wait based on these guidelines:
- Item shipped from USA to USA or CANADA to CANADA: we will resend if the item doesn’t arrive after one week past the maximum delivery time estimated by USPS/Canada Post.
- Items shipped internationally (within North America): we will resend if the item doesn’t arrive after two weeks past the maximum delivery time estimated by USPS/Canada Post
- Items shipped internationally (overseas): we will resend if the item doesn’t arrive after three weeks past the maximum delivery time estimated by USPS/Canada Post.
REFUNDS
I’m sorry you’re dissatisfied. We will issue a refund for non-damaged merchandise if you return it to us within sixty days of having received it. Please send the item and a printout of your original order confirmation to:
