It's not only if you're offline.... it still does it for me when logged in too. I would have posted on this sooner, but I had to drive to Missouri for a funeral :(
Anyway, this is a screencap of the code it spits out whenever I try the "random button" it does it on my laptop at all locations, but I haven't tried it on a different machine. Who knows? it could just be a rotten cookie.
