BC Building Code, Call to BC HVAC Engineers!

This is a request to any BC Engineers that might have access to the BC Building Code. Figured this was a good place to ask while I'm waiting on various gov't agencies to call me back.

I work in a Seattle, WA HVAC firm doing design work. We recently got hired on to a job in Saanich, BC. That being said, I now have a need to acquire certain sections of the British Columbia Building Code 2006. In particular I am searching for the section regarding galzing U-values and area maximums.

I noticed that some BC public libraries have it as an online resource and am looking into getting access granted temporarily. Not sure if they'll give me a Library Card if I'm from another country; it's never come up before. I did ask and I'm waiting on an answer.
